Bristol resident Barbara Conner, and Bristol native Will Wallace-Gusakov comprise December's Featured Artist Exhibition at Art on Main.  Monthly, Art on Main features two of its artists, one each in 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional mediums.

Barbara Conner studied art at Westchester University in Pennsylvania.  She has been showing and selling her work for over 15 years.  Bold color and highly textural surfaces create the majority of her work.  She makes use of diverse mediums comprised of spunky and graphic pastels, watercolor woodblock prints, and occasionally acrylic.

Will Wallace-Gusakov, currently a student at Hampshire College in Amherst Massachusetts, has been honing his skills as a wood turner since being introduced to the art by professional turner and Godfather, Michael Mode.  Will's work is created from local salvaged hardwoods, and speaks to our native forests both through material and spirit. 

Barbara and Will's work will be featured at Art on Main through the month of December.
